"Matt & Matt make an efficient team. Matt found the raccoon damage immediately and using a thermal camera determined that the area was empty. Using the thermal camera, he did a complete search for other possible nesting locations. A trap was installed by the entrance to the area for 5 straight nights and then he returned with an estimate to repair the animal damage as well as other attempted animal entry points. Matt and his crew repaired all of the damage in a very professional manner; no loud music or foul language. They cleaned up the damaged materials and left the yard better than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation to call Nature Boy again or to recommend them to family and friends."

"100% would recommend Mica from Plunkett’s to deal with your cockroach issues. We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. "While investigating some rotting window casements, I found ant like insects under some aluminum flashing. <br /> I don't know much about insects, but feared the worst. "Great! Once again I am more than impressed with this company. This is the second time I used them (first ended up being a squirrel, which they don't actually deal with, but see my other review for how that visit went). This time I had rodents in the home. The inspector looked around, confirmed that it was rats and not mice, set some traps, and left. Within an hour after he left, I heard a trap snap; we had caught a rat. He came back the next day to remove the dead animal, and while he was there I happened to mention that I had an ant problem after he saw an ant crawling on me in the house. I was trying to deal with that on my own for a few weeks, using ant poison from Target as I had in the past, but had not yet been successful in eliminating them. He promptly went to his truck and came back with a different type of trap with professional ant poison for me to place in the bathroom, and also treated the outside of the house, at no charge. A few days later, my ant problem was gone. Meanwhile, there has been no further rat activity, so that problem is eliminated as well. In short, not only are they effective, the customer service is outstanding! You can't go wrong hiring them."

"Had Scott come out and spray our new home. Scott was quick, professional, and willing to answer any and all questions we had. Our house is on a wooded lot and has wooden exteriors prone to carpenter bees. Scott was very knowledgable about covering all of the different areas. Offered to come out a re-spray should the pests persist. I expect to have Scott back out periodically to make sure the pests stay away."
