"Other contractors wanted to remove much of the old siding and start with a clean slate. However, Steve did a good job in retro-fitting the replacement siding. He even worked to match the color and texture -- so the new siding would match the old. He was professional, prompt, and pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire him again. In fact, my mom is going to use him to replace her gutters."

"The roof cost about $8000.00 or $9000.00. The end result was fantastic. It took a couple of different crews before the owner Eric Newsom was happy with what they did with my house. The first crew that came in he didn't like the work they were doing so he sent in another crew. They did a fantastic job. That was the same crew that wound up doing all the carpentry work and everything else. They were great. Their value was excellent. I suspect he probably lost money on my house. I would use them again in the future if they were the same guys."

"Roger and his crew did excellent work. Each day started early and worked into the late afternoons (M-F). My project for new vinyl siding took about 12 working days to install that included the chimney exterior wooden structure being rebuilt due to some rot. They also installed two new cypress posts I provided and sealed to replace my older ones (2). Every evening his crew (Roger was on-site every day except for one) put up their equipment and did a clean sweep of the area. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are really enjoying our selection in siding. I would highly recommend using Roger for anyone considering putting siding. He also represents high quality vinyl windows at a very reasonable price, though I had them under contract with another company. Roger was easily accessible via phone and text. "I was very satisfied with the work that they did. They sent me an invoice for $69 that they said I owed them. I never heard back from Angie's List to clear that up. I paid Angie's List but Green Seasons sent me a bill. Green Seasons said that I'd never paid for the services. I told them I had paid it through Angie's List. They were here on time, actually a little before time. When the bugs did come in, they were dying onsite. I purchased the big deal on a Thursday or Friday and they came out the next Monday, which was the next available time that I had. I thought the price was reasonable. They were very professional."

"We had the best experience with Brady s Construction than anyone we have ever had doing work for us! They were there whenever weather permitted. The crew was always busy removing all that needed to be done to prepare for out new porch for family functions. All were very mannerly and answered any and all questions that I or my husband had. Even the crews that were contracted out were very good at their speciality. As soon as we are able we will definitely have them back for some more renovations/upkeep! "Mike is honest, courteous and fair. we had a good experience overall but he does need more experience with actual remodeling, i.e. electrical and plumbing. My hubby, who does have plumbing and wiring experience, was able to be home and assist and oversee the remodel. we needed labor help as my hubby and I are senior citizens. EZ bath, another company, did the actual bathtub/shower remodel portion for both bathrooms. Mike did the rest of the bathroom remodel; i.e,, paint, install new vanity, integrated sink/countertop in main bathroom, and pedestal sink in back bathroom, as well as all-in-one exhaust/heat/light units in both bathrooms and medicine cabinets/mirrors. we kept toilets and already replaced flooring prior to remodel. Due to my hubby assisting with the remodel and us shopping for most of the items for our remodel, we were able to get a significant savings over original estimate. overall, i would recommend Mike's business. at the time of our remodel, he had only one helper, who unfortunately injured himself at his home and was unable to help with the most of the remodel. i believe our project offered Mike valuable experience!"
