Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting. He also installed exterior floodlights on existing electrical boxes, rebuilt and reinstalled a storm-damaged wood shutter and worked on several interior doors that were not working satisfactorily. Joe works steadily and efficiently getting more done each day than I would have ever thought possible. He cleaned up all areas that he worked in and removed all debris from the premises. First Job - Dec 2015

I contacted Royal Painting initially to handle wood rot repair. I hired them to replace wood rot on front face of the garage. They removed rotting wood, replaced with pressure washed wood and painted trim. In addition, they pressure washed my driveway and the entire house. I never had the house pressure washed and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It brighten up the entire exterior. Lastly, the team cleaned out the gutters that were loonnngggg over due for a cleaning.

Overall the work for the first job lasted over a course of 4 days.

Second Job - Feb 2016

The pressure washing on the home revealed further wood rot on different areas of the house. They returned to replace wood rot on the front of the house above the porch and back of the house on the second story. The foremen was able to match the new paint with existing paint perfectly. It definitely helped that the house was pressure washed previously.

Overall the work for the second job took 3 days to complete (not counting days delayed to the rain). 

REHIRE ? - Yes, I am already thinking of hiring the team for interior work ( remove wall paper, paint, tile replacement )

"The wire cloth and damper for my kitchen vent needed to be replaced.  What I didn't realize is that these vents are all rather unique based on the kitchen cabinetry, location of vent in the wall, etc. so you can't just DIY with parts from the hardware store so I hired a contractor to do the job.    David Killian came over and scoped out the job himself.  He fabricated the new damper and sent over Bob to do the installation within a couple of days.  Bob had to make some further modifications to get it to fit the venting perfectly and also installed new wire cloth.  I am very pleased with the job.

"I purchased the "Big Deal", 8 hours of service for a set price. The guys were on time, very friendly, and efficient. I had a laundry list of things to be done; I am currently pregnant and my husband is on deployment. Some tasks were large while others, menial. I was assured it did not matter how large or small the task, they were there to help. Everything was done well and done quickly. I even had to leave the house at one point to run to Lowes, I felt completely comfortable leaving Eddie and his assistant alone in my house. Will definitely be using this company again.
