"I was lucky enough to find Joe on Angie's list. Joe replaced the ceiling in my hallway that was damaged when a repair technician slipped off the board in the attic putting his foot through. When I first spoke with him he was booked out a few weeks, but knowing I really wanted to get it repaired quickly he contacted me when he had an unexpected short opening and arrived early the next morning. Joe made my entry better than it was, wishing it had always looked that way and then completing the job in one day. Boom! Done! He definitely has an eye for detail and made sure we could replace the light if we chose without leaving evidence of the fixture there now. Everything was clean while he worked (blocking entries into adjoining rooms for dust) and when he left, it was as if he was never there. That's how it should be, but hasn't been with other work we've had done by others. I highly recommend Joe if you want it done right. I may have been able to find someone to do it for less, but the last time I went that direction I ended up going back in after they left to make it right as well as a big clean up job. "Pretty terrific guys!  Work was beautifully done, very professional and fast.  No cleanup around site for me to do.  
Only complaint was the workers left all their trash - old shingles, wood, felt, etc. - in our trash cans, which were then full for the next week, compelling us to haul our trash to dumpsters.  Mr. Cummings fussed at guys about this, but it was still a pain for us.   But we would DEFINITELY use these guys again for wood repair and painting around the house - we're already planning on some door replacements.

"The wire cloth and damper for my kitchen vent needed to be replaced.  What I didn't realize is that these vents are all rather unique based on the kitchen cabinetry, location of vent in the wall, etc. so you can't just DIY with parts from the hardware store so I hired a contractor to do the job.    David Killian came over and scoped out the job himself.  He fabricated the new damper and sent over Bob to do the installation within a couple of days.  Bob had to make some further modifications to get it to fit the venting perfectly and also installed new wire cloth.  I am very pleased with the job.

"I purchased the "Big Deal", 8 hours of service for a set price. The guys were on time, very friendly, and efficient. I had a laundry list of things to be done; I am currently pregnant and my husband is on deployment. Some tasks were large while others, menial. I was assured it did not matter how large or small the task, they were there to help. Everything was done well and done quickly. I even had to leave the house at one point to run to Lowes, I felt completely comfortable leaving Eddie and his assistant alone in my house. Will definitely be using this company again.
