"Eric was on time and fixed every sprinkler head in the back yard that was broken and reconfigured the irrigation design to account for the new swing set system we had installed. "CLI recommend choosing C&L Landscape for replacing your lawn (when the HOA demands it!!!). The C&L workmanship was top notch. They killed the weeds first, so weeds will not be problem for the new lawn and added topsoil to encourage more rapid rooting of the new grass. Not all landscape companies were proposing to do these important steps. The team quickly removed the old sod, spread topsoil, laid the new sod, and cleaned up the site. The new lawn should more than satisfy the HOA."
