"They came out the same day to give a quote. We walked around the house and noted spots to be repaired or looked at to be repaired. The price was high, but it had been difficult to get anyone out to do the job and they could start the next workday so I decided to go with them. They were very professional during the walk-around and quote period but after giving me a quote they acted more like a "used car salesman" pushing the sale along. The workmanship was poor in some areas. For example one part of wood repaired stuck out a quarter inch than the existing and they didn't put it with the grain of the existing wood. The window sills were also poorly done with little attention to detail. When additional repairs beyond the scope were found, they quoted a price three times a similar job I had done six months earlier. They did come down on the price. Their initial material fee was no where near what they spent on actual materials."

I live in the Argyle area. Within an hour the doors were sliding like they were brand new! Amazingly reasonable price, I am so happy I don't have to replace the door. "Russ and his team did a lovely job. They rose to the occasion when another contractor cancelled a critical appointment. Russ is the owner operator and he was on the job directing his team from the first moment. Even when he needed to leave to check on another customer, he came to let me know when his team would take lunch, when to expect them back and when he would return. His team was polite and friendly. He examined all the work and told me that as the paint dried to keep him apprised of anything wrong. He is perfectionist and a professional. Even when he was addressing his team about something he wanted done differently he was polite and respectful owning his own responsibility to have shared information in advance. When a change needed to be made to make spacing look right, he explained to everything to me first. I would hire them again tomorrow. Russ is the bomb!"
