"From start to finish we are very pleased with the Basic Bathroom Company which is part of The Basic Basement Company. We were given an estimate the day the salesman arrived and we paid what the estimate stated. They did not try to increase the cost. We did add a small linen closet to our first bathroom project so we paid an extra amount for that, but otherwise the price was what was quoted. The installer did excellent work, so good in fact, that we requested him for the second bathroom. Everyone was so helpful and punctual and they cleaned up when finished.
