The only strange part is that he's old-school about some things. He worked without a contract, which felt risky to me. He was slow at responding to emails, but got right back to me when I called. I would highly recommend this company, but would have been more at ease if I knew his style in advance."

"Within the past few years, many neighbors in my development (25-year old homes) had complete tear-out the old and bring in the new kitchen renovations, including a close friend whose kitchen layout is the same as mine. I learned a lot about what's involved with a complete tear-out kitchen remodel: the monetary investment and the headaches of losing the functional use of the kitchen for weeks. I also inquired about the cost of several neighbor's renovations, not including appliances, whom have the similar amount of cabinets/square footage to mine. Their high costs included minimal pullouts. They all kept the same footprint prior to the remodeling, so I couldn't understand why they didn't look into refacing. The layout of my kitchen and the interior structure of my cabinets were fine. I initially had contact with CPOS through Tony, a co-owner, who professionally answered a lot of my questions about cabinet refacing in a trade show setting. I became motivated to learn more. Tom, the other owner and business founder, came to my home. My husband and I were very impressed with him. He spent a generous amount of time answering all our questions and concerns. We were amazed at all that CPOS could do to enhance and improve our kitchen, which included many pullouts, for almost half the price of my friend's and many of my neighbor's kitchen renovations. I feel my new kitchen is every bit, if not more, beautiful. All the materials used are the highest quality. The cabinet panels are wood, I also selected dove tail drawers.
