"Jack was very responsive, personable and professional. I had some tiling and grouting issues around my pool/spa. Jack was willing to perform the repairs while the pool companies would only offer a complete replacement of tiles and and coping at 10 times the price. As far as i can see he did a thorough and professional job, and it certainly looks very good. However with pol tiles you don't really know until until they have undergone a winter under the cover. If they are still intact next year I'll up the value for money and overall score to 5"

"Bill was on time, and professional. I had ceramic tile flooring that needed repair. He came out to my home previewed the area and gave us a solid price for repairs. We scheduled for the work to be done the next day. He was prompt, went right to work. The work was top notch. My husband and I will definitely use his services again!"
