"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.

"We like it, and we haven't had any problems with it.  We haven't had any problems. They did the work really timely, and we didn't have problems with them coming out and fixing the furnace and the air conditioner. They also called to see if we needed other things needed around the house, but we didn't. Everything was done really fast, and they needed different people to do the roof, because of the shape of the roof. I have a friend of mine who also had 2 or 3 of theirs put in."
