Joe Dairman, our project manager, came the next day to measure and schedule the installation. He was responsive to my texts. Our installers Christian and Reid were very organized, respectful and worked very well together as a team. On day one they finished the demolition and prepared for the installation on the 2nd day. They came on time and finished the job and cleaned after themselves. Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did. "The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
