"We had an amazing experience working with Sarah our Design Consultant. She worked hard to make sure we were happy. She was prompt every time we reached out with a question. She made great recommendations. We are very happy with our kitchen! Duke our Templator was accurate making for an easy install. Great guy and very professional. Our Installer Kerlyn was awesome. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011. Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with. The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed. Thank you Jill.

"Everything looks absolutely gorgeous! Finishing work had great attention to detail. Plumbing was corrected to make our chosen bathroom fixtures work for the space. Drywall, paint, ceilings, floors, new french door to outside, new siding and paint outside, new covered porch, all done with professional timing and attitude. They worked with us and gave helpful suggestions and even fit in extra projects along the way. Would definitely hire them again!"

"We had RemodelUSA handle a kitchen remodel for us. When we talked with them just before Halloween they said we would have a new kitchen before Christmas. They delivered what they promised. They completed the job a week before Christmas and a day faster then promised. They said they would be finished in 7 days and they did it in 5 and 1/2. The craftsmen that did the work were very knowledgeable and hard working."
