"Remmy contacted me quickly and came out the next day to check out my roof. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Remmy and his crew came out and fixed the problem quickly as well as making sure there was no other problems. They will always be my first to come to if I have roofing problems."

"The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."

"They did a repair after the storms this year and there are no more leaks! They followed up with me, we're here when they said they would be. I will have them complete my Roof next year"

"Kevin came out to give us an estimate for new windows and my husband hired him on the spot. We told him that we wanted to get new gutters and gutter covers, but he told us to get our insurance company to look at our roof first before we discuss gutters, because from what he saw there was some damage. He did not even want to discuss gutters, so we booked him for the windows. We ended up getting a new roof and new gutters from our insurance company that they installed for us and they all look great. Bordner was so patient and Kevin worked with us while we kept waiting for our insurance company to release the rest of our money. He also helped us get the best rate for our windows from a reliable loan company. The is the first winter since being in our house where our Furnace is not constantly running, and we do not have to put plastic over our toddler windows. I love my big windows in the dining room and living room, they are so awesome. I also love how the windows are made for each customer specifically. There was a tiny hole in one of our master bedroom screens and when they messaged to see how everything was done they sent someone out to replace it. It was really just a tiny hole and I told them it was no big deal right now, but someone came out within a couple of days and gave us a new one. The roof is the perfect coke and matches the gutters so nicely. The gutters work so seamlessly now the water is not overflowing onto our windows because they do not flow right. Everything is so nice."

"John Beal representatives and owner perform a final inspection / walk through on both the roof replacement and gutter replacement with particular emphasis on quality of workmanship."

"They did a great job on my roof."

"They were able to find an opening get the new gutters installed earlier than scheduled. They were very professional and worked efficiently. Mark did a good job explaining the product when we did the walk thru. Everything was cleaned up when they left. Would definitely hire them again."

"This company went above and beyond to do a good job. They found damages no other company mentioned and they repaired these damages without charging us. This company is honest, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure dealing with both the owner Saul Penaloza and his son Hans. after dealing with all the big finance mongers in the industry, they not only answered questions but also resolved all doubts or concerns from the very beginning just by being the true professionals they are. I am, as both a satisfied customer and an elder investigator, would recommend this company to anyone.. Their integrity supersedes all other companies I had interviewed."
