"I just completed a kitchen and living room remodel with Elite Construction and i could not be happier with the results! When i first contacted Jerry at Elite Construction I was living overseas. I obtained bids from 2 other construction companies for my project but Jerry's was the only one that i thought was fairly priced and was in a position to meet my required completion deadline. Jerry also took much more time in the initial consultation to understand my needs and my budget constraints and i was pleased when his bid clearly reflected that he had paid attention. We did all the initial consultations and design via Zoom, which worked very well. Since I was unable to be present during the first month of the project, Jerry recommended that i work with their designer, Claudia. This turned out to be a fantastic recommendation and in my opinion, money well spent! Claudia hit the ball out of the park with her design and was onsite and involved in all aspects of the project to ensure it was implemented successfully. I returned to the States about 4 weeks into construction and was blown away by the progress that had been made! The project manager, Ricardo, was fantastic. He was very responsive to calls and texts and made sure that everything his team did was quality work and that the house was left incredibly clean each night. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
