I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. "It went well. He helped me get the vanity into the house from my car and then removed the old one and replace it with my new one. He did a great job. It was 'pricey' for me, but then I have not ever had to pay a plumber in the past - because friends and family did jobs for me before. The installation of the new vanity cost more than I paid for the vanity top at home depot. But I could not have done it. AND, he showed me the stopped up drain, with about five years of hair! I could not believe it! Now, it works great!"

"Work started incredibly late. Most work was done as agreed upon. Contractor provided a few incentives on the building for being behind schedule. However, there were several items that had to be reminded about. There were also several items that were not done, or done poorly. I had to call the contractor because of missing insulation and covering, and they never came out to repair as promised. My side yard where a trailer sat for weeks was damaged, and was not repaired. The contractor did have sub contractors."
