"Top Bros completely gutted and remodeled the two outdated bathrooms in our condo. The building is over 100 years old, so there were some challenges with plumbing, framing, and leveling, but Top Bros didn't shy away from any of them. They tackled each challenge head on and transformed our bathrooms, ensuring that everything was done correctly. They were friendly, easy to work with and the final products turned out amazing. I would highly recommend working with them."

"The experience with them was much better than expected. Our hallway bathroom in Hinsdale was outdated and needed a full remodel. They replaced the tile, vanity, fixtures, lighting, and made the whole room feel cleaner and more modern. The work was done carefully, and the crew kept the house cleaner than we expected during construction. It was a smooth project and the bathroom came out great."

"We have used 4Ever Remodeling for two bathroom remodels and they have done a great job with excellent craftsmanship. The most recent bathroom remodel was a big deal for us because we had dreamed of one day getting a spa-like bath (photos included here). 4Ever did such an amazing job on our primary bath and we couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend them for remodeling projects."

"We selected G and G after reviewing bids from other contractors and checking references. In both projects, kitchen and bathroom, G and G was very flexible with our meeting times and dates, timely with the layout revisions and adjustments, and responsive to questions. G and G’s recommended vendors for materials such as flooring, cabinets and granite were top notch but not overly costly. It is always hard to live without a kitchen or bathroom and Frank and the crew were focused on getting it done but getting it done RIGHT. Our Kitchen project – 2007 – took approximately 4 months, required the removal of a wall, moving the placement of the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, and redoing all of the lighting to consist of recessed cans and pendants. We selected cherry cabinets, black granite, glass backsplash, and installed a VERY large island that seats 3 to 6 with a large workspace. The granite seating area needed reinforcing underneath and Frank worked with us to ensure it looked inconspicuous. Frank even designed ‘cubbies’ with electrical access for phone and tablet charging and storage. When you look at the cubbies you cannot see the charging cords or the devices! Finally, Frank designed a special storage location in the island for a wooden stool. I’m sure G and G would tell you we were ‘particular’ clients but the team accommodated all of our unique choices and needs. Our bathroom project – 2012 – took approximately 3 months and required removal of a jet tub, installation of a heated tile floor, installation of a VERY large shower with dual shower heads, floor to ceiling glass tile pillars and glass enclosure, and a free standing elliptical shaped tub with a tub filler. G and G was adaptable and flexible to all of our changes and unique requests such as electrical outlets under the sink to hide the electric toothbrushes. G and G also updated a second bathroom with new cabinets and counter top. We are very happy with G and G's craftsmanship and service . The crew was timely, polite and clean. We knew where they were in each stage of the projects and if there were delays, we were aware of the issue immediately (i.e. back order of tub filler, special design needs due the granite configuration). Frank is in constant communication with the crew and you, visits the site and follows up on the final ‘punch list’. Great contractor!"

"Envy has done two bathroom remodels for me and later a laundry room remodel. Team does excellent work and are super easy to work with."

"We couldn’t be happier with our new basement remodel. We added a new bathroom, heated tiles and fireplace. Artius Remodeling did a fantastic job from beginning to end; the attention to detail was outstanding! They exceeded our expectations."

"Don and his crew did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They were courteous and professional, very detail-oriented. They were always punctual and dependable. They used drop cloths throughout the work areas and cleaned up as the work progressed. Don and his crew provided us with design details that enhanced the final product. As hard as it may seem to believe, the bathroom seems greater in size than the original measurements, even though they remained the same. The price was in keeping with other quotes that we had received. We highly recommend Don's company."

"Paul (owner) arrived right on time -- 7AM Monday. We had done a 8-hour handyman promotion -- ended up being two guys for a 4-hour period. All work went pretty well, and we're going to submit a request for quote on a bathroom we're remodeling."

"What I appreciated most about this bathroom remodel was the outcome. A bathroom that looks polished, feels intentional and functions smoothly. Storage is better, lighting is smarter, and the lay out actually supports out daily routine. Thank you for the excellent workmanship Century City Baths."

"Regency Home Remodeling recently completed a hallway bathroom remodel for us and we couldnâ t be more pleased. From the outset of the project, communication was exceptional, timelines were clear, and we always understood the scope of work and expectations around payments. We got weekly updates as the project progressed, so we were never wondering what was happening. We really appreciated being able to work with Regencyâ s suppliers for fixtures, stone, tile, and cabinets. We were able to pick out the colors and styles we liked and brands that fit with our budget. Finally, the craftsmanship of the work was fabulous! We are so pleased with our new bathroom!"
