"I'm an older guy and they helped me bring the machine down.  They asked me to get off the ladder and they didn't let me bring it down.  They show up on time which is very important to me.  They clean up and make me go out and make sure that they've pumped out the tank completely, show me the tank with a flashlight, wash everything down and then put it back together.  Once I had a snake caught in my septic system and they got the snake out for me.  These guys are very considerate.  They were timely, professional and wanted to help.  They didn't leave a mess.  When it comes to those kinds of people it's very important that they don't leave a mess.  They helped me personally with other things while they were here and they didn't have to do any of that.  I've got him on a call right now."
