Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. He was patient when I asked questions about the whole process and to verify where the piers needed to be placed. the secretary was great at lining up financing and answering any questions we had about the process. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
