"We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. We highly recommend Robert to care for your home as if it were his own!"

I had an idea of what I wanted and he took the concept to completion hitting a home run in meeting (and exceeding) my vision. He worked extremely hard, was efficient, organized, punctual and very reliable. I found his pricing to be fair and reasonable. The workspace was always clean ensuring the rest of the house was not impacted. When I purchased the home I had a lengthy list of inspector comments from electrical to tile and you name it.
