"Great company to work with! I had been given recommendations not to go with the other local company so I went with B-Dry instead. They were easy to work with and even though the job I had done was expensive the price seemed very fair plus a warranty to back it up. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up afterwards. I did have an issue after the install but they got it taken care with no hassle. Never thought my basement would be usable for anything till now exempt collecting rain water."

"First contact with GTHS went very well. GTHS worked with our insurance company on the initial appraisal. Both GTHS and our insurance company went back and forth trying to get everything hashed out for the project to commence. GTHS was very good about keeping us apprised about the situation. When work was finally started, the weather did not cooperate, so it took a few extra days than anticipated. We weren’t too happy that the majority of their crews did not speak English, so that made communication a bit of a problem. It seemed that their Foreman was stretched a bit much, as he was in charge of several job sites at once. This created a little bit of a problem when we had questions and it took a few days to get answers. All employees were very personable and friendly. We had zero issues with the crews, just a language barrier. Overall we liked the company, it’s sales personnel, and workers. We will use this company again for our next remodeling/repair project."
