"Sutton's roofed my ranch house w/attached garage in 2015. I noticed a small water puddle on the garage floor in 2020. The next Monday morning Adam was out to inspect for the source of my problem. He determined that caulk on a vent had lost its seal. He wanted a better caulk than he was carrying on his truck for the repair. He returned after lunch with the right caulk and resealed both garage roof vents. Adam texted me at 2:00 that the repair was complete. Not one time did they have materials or remains from the demo anywhere besides under the proper containment they installed. overall they were very efficient and the job was completed nicely. i have an asthmatic son who is easily bothered by dust particles as well as mold, and throughout Nick's demo and cleanup, my son never had any issues because they used a high quality air scrubbing device to ensure the air was cleaned. After the job was complete, Nick has since been in correspondence with me to once again ensure i was happy with the job. i recommend this company with a 5 star rating!"

"We purchased a deal on Angie's List ($199 for $500 of Custom Glide-Out Shelving for Existing Cabinetry) for our kitchen.  The trouble was - when the money was deducted from our account, instead of it being $199, they took out $500.  I am not sure if this was on the provider's end or a mistake from Angie's List.  The whole thing made me feel very nervous, so I cancelled the transaction.  Angie's List was very good about refunding the money.  I was not sure which rating to give since we did not use them, yet it was not a positive transaction due to the financial issue.  So I gave them a "C" for lack of an "N/A" choice for rating. <br />"

"We had our counter tops installed today and could not be happier with the end result or with any step in the process to get there. Factory Plaza was excellent in every way. They have a wonderful selection of material on hand. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful. The estimator was also very very good and was able to answer many other questions we had. We only had to wait about seven days from the estimate, till the cut stone arrived for installation. The installers were quick and able to make last minute alterations on the spot. The counters look awesome. The price was right. We recommend them highly, they are well worth checking out."

"We signed our contract and placed the order in late-September 2018. The contracted materials order and quoted project cost were guaranteed for one-year. We initially planned having the door and arch window replaced in November 2018,; however, when the install team came out they reaccomplished measurements and realized the initial measurements for the arch window were off. We decided to preclude installation of just the door & casement, and had the company resubmit the measurements for the arch window and reorder a new window. The install was rescheduled, but weather precluded the install. We were able to conclude the install in early-spring 2019. The install went very smoothly. Very professionally done. Front entry opening was only open for about 20-30 minutes during the swap out of the front entry. Arch window went smoothly. Whole project only took about 3 hours. Very pleased with the installation. Would recommend Midwest to friends for their needed home improvement projects.As a retired military officer, I was also pleased to get a military discount for the project."

"Les Glover does and did everything. He replaced the bathroom medicine cabinet and sink with cabinet. He installed a new steel front door with all wood trim. Les replaced and repaired the siding on the house and garage. He repaired he soffit around the house. Les also painted the entire house and garage once all wood and siding was replaced or repaired. Les took care of many small details on his own, not needing to be told what to do. If something was not to his liking, he worked on it until it was. Les is very conscientious and is extremely reliable, not to mention that he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Even neighbors commented on his work ethic and abilities. The house looks brand new is now for sale."
