"I hired Advanced Air Home Services expecting professional service and honesty. Instead, the experience was full of pressure tactics, misleading pricing, and missing parts after installation. When their technician came out, a salesperson joined him. What should have been a repair visit quickly turned into a sales pitch. I was told my system wasn?t worth fixing and that repairs would cost thousands with no guarantee. When I asked about less expensive options, they claimed only one other system existed and it was barely cheaper. They said the Lennox system was my ?best value,? even though other licensed contractors had already quoted me similar systems for much less. After back-and-forth calls with a ?manager,? they finally agreed to match a prior quote around $18,700, including a full Lennox setup with UV light, filtration, and new refrigerant line sets. Based on that representation, I moved forward. The installation proved they never intended to honor that agreement. ? They instal"
