From the folks answering the phones (Nicole) to the on-site technicians (Evan was great), we received 100% fantastic, reliable, and fast service. Anthony spent 30-45 minutes on the phone discussing various model options before Evan arrived to take photos and assess the installation. Evan then presented us with clear bids for 2 different model options and returned with a colleague to install the new unit 2 days later. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a tankless water heater. We also liked how the bid and invoicing process was handled 100% electronically. We also received texts and emails reminding us of the appointments and techs pending arrivals. 5 stars all around!!"

"Giovanni reached out to me after I submitted a request through Home Advisor. My water heater started to leak after the recent earthquake that I needed to replace the whole new unit. I wanted a tankless water heater, but the cost and time frame did not workout for me since we needed it right away. I decided to go with the traditional water heater, same brand as the current one that came with the house and it was a trustable brand. Giovanni even checked our pressure valve which needed replacement as well. It took him the whole day to finish from purchasing the parts to installing everything.
