My concerns over some drywall seams that were showing after painting were met with a willingness to fix the problem. He made things right even though it delayed him by a couple of days after fixing and repainting with a different kind of paint. He fixed another issue we had with doorknobs and hinge coloring without any problems at all and was totally professional about it all. And his entire crew was just great, answering all my questions and concerns every time I had one. They never acted annoyed with me looking over their shoulders. "We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"
