The salesman told me that the financing would be billed after 3 months deferred but I received a bill right away from Aqua. Also I called about the door going into the bathroom not shutting after the installation was done and your service Mgr was very short with me. He told me that I was calling his cell phone and that it was a Saturday. I am sorry but if I just spent almost 18k on a service he should be a little more professional."

The day I called him he made arrangements to come out the next day to assess work I needed completed.We made arrangements for him to come the following week with my estimate in hand. He called the 1st of the week due to a cancellation & said he would pick up materials and be at my home by 9am the following morning. He arrived at 9am completed the work within 2 hours. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
