"Dalton from Dauenhaur plumbing was excellent. Customer service interactions were great. Overall good experience at a good price (in my opinion)."

"Bailey was fabulous! Very knowledgeable, professional, and dependable! Bailey installed a new central AC system for my mother, explained the entire process, communicated clearly, and arrived on time. Most importantly, we felt completely comfortable having Bailey work in my mother's home, even when she was there alone. That peace of mind is priceless! As Realtors, we regularly refer Bailey to our clients and have received nothing but positive feedback about the quality of work and service provided. It's wonderful to have someone we trust with both our family and our clients. We highly recommend Bailey with Red, White & Cool Heating & Air!"

"We had a mini-split installed and couldn’t be happier with the service! Friendly, professional, and did a great job from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed correctly and working properly before they left. We really appreciate the great work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating and air services!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Paul was very responsive. Quickly evaluated our heating issue, made a recommendation on how to address it, and scheduled installation of the new system just a few days later. Work appears to have been done well, on time, and at a fair price. Paul was also extremely nice to work with. I’d happily recommend him to others."

"Zach, Josh, and Cole came out and installed new heat pump for me in the middle of this snow storm. Very clean, informative and punctual. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks from veteran."

"I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable, hardworking, precise young man to do your work. He called and showed up when he said he would. He got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. He made sure my system was up and running correctly after reconnecting the unit. I am superbly happy with his workmanship. Highly recommend. Thank you Curtis."

"The attic unit of my HVAC system was 22 years old. It finally failed about 5 days before I was having a large family get together. I contacted Fayette Heating and air because they advertised worked weekends at same charge. Initially I was annoyed I needed to join the Comfey Club to get priority service, but I have ended up being very pleased with the club program and have even renewed it for another year. All of the repair people I have dealt with have been personable and professional. I saw a review on the pricing that indicated higher than average. I estimate home repairs in my job and confirmed the pricing was within the market price for the area. I feel it can be done cheaper, but the service and quality of people in my home are important to me. As part of the club, I recently had a plumbing review. With my home being 22 years old, I know I am getting close or beyond the life expectancy of many plumbing parts. They gave me an extremely detailed description of what they can do to update some items, exact pricing , etc. It wasn’t a scare tactic approach, but things I assumed would need to be done and as a person who travels for my job, I do worry about leaks occurring while I am out of town."

"Jay Kiger at Air Genie LLC did a great job installing our new HVAC unit. He was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He made sure the unit was functioning properly and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Jay and Air Genie!"
