"Mansfield Plumbing charges $69 to come do an estimate. They say they can't give estimate on phone because each house is unique. The price they charged however is not individually made. They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again."

"We had to have a new hvac system installed. 05/22 We bought a Daikin system. We also had a duct cleaning performed, an air scrubber installed, & a new damper system put in. We also signed up for the quarterly service. 06/23 During quarterly maintenance, tech informs us of poor air quality and tells us we need a duct cleaning. I said we just had one done a year ago. The next day Chad (service manager) comes out and looks at it and says the tech had faulty equipment. 08/23 The discharge thermistors were faulty, the fuses tested weak, and the compressor was bad. There was an issue with how the system was installed. They replaced the parts all under warranty. It took around two weeks. They provided 2 window units at no charge. 06/24 Upstairs was not cooling, tech came out and the damper needs replaced, it was under warranty & was replaced the next day. The techs that come out have all been very polite, respectful, and efficient. They will charge a service fee anytime they come out for anything, even if itâ s under warranty. The manager Phillip came out and spoke with me personally about some of the issues I had. Honestly an HVAC system in Texas is going to be a pain in the butt. Overall Minuteman is one of the best HVAC companies around to help you deal with that."

Got it fixed with a down payment and payment next week highly flexible. under the circumstances currently it was not in the budget after a 2200 plumbing quote to fix broken pipes. It was needs before the AC Eric called in talked with the office and came up with a solution that worked for me and worked for them. The initial call with the Lead Tech David was very informative and the Tech he sent, Gael, was very professional, he listened to the issues I had and provided options that I was never made aware of by the Big Box Companies that had come out in the past . He fixed the unit and I feel that I now have a plan for that unit and for the other two units when the time comes. They are 5 Star in all aspects to me. "
