"Great ! The tech came and installed our new water heater. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job and cleaned the area on completion. Great price! couldn't be happier."

"The technician Jose did a great job installing the water heater and cleaning the area after having completed the job. He did an excellent job explaining what needed to be to be done to make sure everything was working properly. We’re very satisfied with this company. Will definitely recommend them to family members and friends."

"The first time I called it was Easter Sunday and we had a leak in our garage which we thought was the water heater. Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we will definitely call rescue rooter!"

"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. Trust is a big issue. They make money, but they give you so much more than the others and coverage thru membership that keeps you safe year after year if you’re smart. Thanks to Mother Plumber, I feel brilliant!"

"Clayton was clear with the communication and explained the work needed in a concise and understanding way. He was patient as we made our decision and we did not feel pressured. High quality work on the water heater install, the valve fix under a sink and the outdoor faucet fixes."

"I was searching for a tankless water heater and put my information in home advisor to get plumbers quote. Tioga called the next morning and sent someone over within the hour to give me a quote. The next day was the install of my new tankless water heater. I had Billy and Natalie and a helper for this project and they were very professional, respectful and thoughtful in not getting my house dirty and damaged since they had to haul 2 water heaters down from the attic. It was an all day job and the crews did an awesome job from start to end. They cleaned up the taped papers and made sure everything was good to go before leaving. I was really impressed with this company's services and their crews. They were quick and got the job done for a reasonable price. I recommend this company to anyone needing a Navien tankless water heater."

"Very professional, courteous, and friendly. They installed a new water heater and hauled off the old unit and left the place spotless. I was charged exactly what was quoted. These guys will definitely be my go-to guys for plumbing."

"Fast prompt service. I had new kitchen counter tops, and sink installed. The shutoff valves under the sink were no good so water had to be turned off at the street. Ernie's Plumbing came out after they were finished with counter top install and plumbed my sink, installed new shutoff valve, installed new faucet and new disposal and hooked up my dishwasher discharge. The plumber was done with everything in a little over an hour."

"Chad did a great job installing our our toilets. We will definitely use them again when needed."
