"Our house was built in 1958. The wood siding was no longer worth repairing & re-painting. It was time replace it. I would consider this a large undertaking. Something like this is also a significant investment. Lifeway does not take money up front. You do not pay until it is complete and you are 100% satisfied. They tackled this Job in a dedicated, prompt & professional manner. They were there all day, every day until it was complete. They did not jump around on other Jobs. There were no surprises except for the fact my house didn't have any insulation. They installed installation with no extra labor charge. I obviously had to buy the material. They clean up every day when they are finished working. They accomplished everything promised and more. When completed, the house had a new look. They painted our detached garage to match along with a large wood storage building. This included replacing whatever wood had been damaged over time. These are skilled & professional people with the right equipment, trucks etc. They are polite & respectful. We are very glad that we chose Lifeway. They definitely reduced the stress of having a project like this accomplished. They seemed like part of the family after being here."

"It's hard to find reliable, trustworthy repair people of any kind. Well, I found H&K and the reviews led me to hire them. I cannot stress how impressed I was with Henry's attention to detail, pride in his work and friendliness. He explained what it would take to do the job and the cost. I had to have a bridge cabinet cut down to fit a combination microwave/vent hood over the range. He did this expertly and even helped install the microwave/vent hood. He also had to do some electrical to that same cabinet. Our job also included tile backsplash on two walls. Henry went way above just doing a good job, he went the extra mile to make sure the wife and I were satisfied..................... WITHOUT ASKING or pushing him, like some contractors you run in to. If you need any home repair done, H&K would be one of the first, if not the first, to contact for a bid. I won't bother getting quotes from another. "Santos was amazing, my house is more beautiful than when I purchased it 25 yrs ago. Removed all old rotting wood and replaced 100% with Hardie, all new windows, storm door, gutters, new roof, and even added a ridge vent and painted doors and chimney to match the rest of the house. He kept to schedule and budget even when I added the storm door and leaf guard on the gutters last minute. Santos and/or his brother Jose were on site the entire time making sure everything went according to plan. Clean up was performed at the end of each day and the crew was very accommodating to get off their ladders and leave the backyard several times a day when we need to let our 4 dogs out to to their business. Santos did not pressure me to commit and waited several months for me to get more estimates from other contractors and make a final decision. He was also very patient and actually quite helpful in allowing me to change my color choices just prior to the materials being ordered. By the second day, I felt so comfortable that I could leave and go to work while they continued to work on the house. I will be using them again for future projects."
