"Overall, the experience with Justin and his work was great. While extraordinarily disappointed in LG's customer support and their barely 2-year old product, I can't say I am surprised that this occurred. This isn't the first time our LG dishwasher broke down, we learned 6 months after buying it that many dishwasher repair men won't work on LG dishwashers because they are a terrible product. Our original repairman who worked on our broken down 6-month-old LG dishwasher was on vacation, so after talking to 4 other large appliance repair companies who wouldn't even come look at my LG because its a faulty product, I finally found Justin. Justin arrived as quickly as he could (I think maybe an hour after I called) he tore everything apart, and explained to me the problem and my options. Even after I told Justin that I was just going to replace the LG dishwasher instead of repairing it given that the cost of the repair would be about the same as a new one, he took the time to consult with me about various brand reputations and suggested that I stay away from the LG dishwasher brand (no argument here). Because of Justin's help I was able to buy a new (Bosch) dishwasher which so far appears to be superior to the LG dishwasher in every way, including customer support. <br /> <br /> Thanks for your services Justin!"

"as I called The Appliance Shop last Friday, and the receptionist took my information and arranged for a service call on Monday.  She indicated that they would give us a phone call on Monday before the technician arrived and give us enough time to be sure to be present when he arrived.  On Monday I called back and asked if they could come as early as possible, given that we had some activities that would take us away from the house during the day.  She arranged with the technician to make us his second stop for the day, so he was here by 9:30 a.m.  When he arrived he dismantled the dryer and carefully checked all of the switches to make sure they were functional and not responsible for the problem.  The last step was to check the power source, and he determined that the 220 receptacle was faulty and the reason for the problem.  The dryer was fine, the power source unreliable.  I indicated I would change out the receptacle on my own.  The bill for the analysis was $53.26, a very reasonable price for exactly the information I needed.  I changed out the receptacle and the dryer is back in business. Jeremy was professional and very capable.  I was completely impressed with the punctuality and performance of the technician and the company. I'd definitely use them again based on this experience. <br />"
