She recommended him to us during our search for quotes. He was very responsive and quickly came out and gave us a quote for the job. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. We were having a master bath/shower combo taken out and wanted a new tiled walk in shower. Rod had great ideas and suggestions that fit with what we were wanting while being very functional. We arranged a time for when the job would start and he showed up on time each day completing the task over a few weeks. He and his coworker Jerry were very polite and trustworthy. We had no issues with them working in our home while we were not there. They made sure the bathroom was clean each day and everything was put away since we were living in the space during the remodel. We were extremely pleased with the final product and would recommend his services to anyone in the future!"

"I hired Bryan to remodel the small master bath in my condo. I originally contacted him in 2018, but due to other issues within my home I had to place this project on hold. One year later I contacted Bryan again, and he was ready to place me on his schedule in two weeks. The price was just slightly higher from the original quote, which was to be expected. His contracts are strait forward and easy to understand. He and his crew are great. They were respectful of the time they started/finished daily due to parking restrictions in my area. Cleaned up the work area every day. Any issues he encountered were discussed so there would be no surprises at the end. They are pros in every sense of the word. The finished product looks great. If I had more projects I would definitely hire him again."

"Our house was a 1920s 4 bedroom 1 bathroom house for four people, and we desperately needed another bathroom. We knew we wanted to convert a small bedroom into an ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. Ted Seiter came out to evaluate our home and provide us a quote. A few things to note. 1. Ted is extremely punctual and follows through on what he says he is going to do. 2. Ted ensures that he fully understands what you are looking for, and make sure his quotes are as accurate as possible. (Our quote was spot on.) 3 Ted communicates effectively. We never had to wonder what was going on or what was coming next. This is a highly valuable and a very rare trait in contractors (by far the best part of working with Ted). 4. Ted is flexible. We had several unexpected events that required him to realign his plans, and he handled it flawlessly. 5. He is highly considerate. He made sure to protect our floors and carpet as he worked. He made sure that he cleaned up the work space every day before leaving. Living in a renovation space is difficult, but Ted strove to make it as easy as possible.
