"Tim installed our tankless water heater and he was great. He was prompt and professional. He called ahead to let us know he was coming and he was fantastic to learn from as me and my kids watched him do a lot of the work. He is clearly very knowledgeable in all aspects of his trade and I would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing help. I greatly appreciate him and your company for providing such great service and quality work."

"Ken was the first plumber that gave us a reasonable price to install a shower tower. We didn't want to pay for a maintenance membership or to pay for someone's vacation house, we just wanted a simple plumbing matter taken care of. Ken was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. We will definitely call Ken in the future for our plumbing needs. He also noticed that our pressure relief tank, for the hot water heater, was hanging low and had water inside it. It needed to be replaced and he was able to do that job too. Highly recommend!"

"it went well. He showed within the time window he had given, he worked fast and was competent. Warned me when the water would be off. Discussed the effects of water pressure and what we could do at some other time if wanted...."

"Outstanding service!!! We tried to DIY a shower faucet leak and broke the old cartridge when trying to remove it making a small drip a full on stream of water. We had to keep the water valve for the house off until it was fixed. We called Plumb Tite for emergency repair service, and James U. was able to remove and replace the broken cartridge and the bonnet nut which we had also broken. James provided excellent service! He took the time to do the job right. After he got the broken cartridge out, James cleaned all the crud out of the shower lines before replacing the cartridge. He even cleaned out the shower head. I highly recommend!!!"
