As the installer was getting ready to leave he noted that there was an error light showing but it probably won't be a problem until it gets colder and we need to use the furnace. Really? Wait for it to fail? No, I had him fix it. I expect to have a new system which is operational, not one which will probably fail on us later! Amazing! A little over a month later the furnace went out anyway. They tech looked at it and told us the control board as bad. On a system which was only a few months old! Even better, they told me they could not get a replacement any time soon - factory problems or something. Again, really? There is not another board to be had anywhere and we had to deal with no heat for about 10 days. Thank goodness we were on the downside of summer. The salesman who sold us the system leaned heavily on the fact that we would be eligible for a federal tax credit of up to $3200. Great... More in the next post"

I have had three much larger companies take a look at my ducts and my A/C system to find out what the problem was. Each one said the system was old and weak and that was just the way the house was made. The system was very old and I decided to replace it because it was leaking Freon. Darryls installation cost for a new system was almost half of what those larger companies I used before was. His installation techs were very professional, polite, and very diligent workers. The company has many different payment options that I feel would accommodate almost anyone. Finally, I told Darryl about the issue with the small bedroom. Within minutes he came up with a simple solution to get more air into the bedroom. The cost to solve the issue was very reasonable. A week later, the repair was completed. The problem was solved, and my daughter loves me even more now. I highly recommend Darryls Heating and Air and will only be using them from here on out for all my heating and air needs."
