"The best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The owner, Isaias Caceres, provided expert advice on how to complete our project. His workers were highly skilled and courteous, cleaning the worksite at the end of each day. Our finished basement has never looked better than it does now, as a result of this work. This is a company that I'll hire again in a heartbeat."

"I thought that I needed a simple floor replacement in my kitchen...It turned out that my uneven floors were due to the flooring supports and wall structure needed to be repaired. 3 Day project turned into a 2 week project. I thought the cost of the project was fair and reasonable. The crew cleaned up daily. The crew was trust-worthy and could be left alone in the house. Overall very satified with my new kitchen floors and painted walls."

"A complete and thorough power washing was completed the day prior to the painting. Then the next day a team came and worked all morning and afternoon painting the entire house using high quality Sherwin Williams elastomeric paint. I could not have been happier with how my house now looks and it was all done at a very reasonable price."

"There were no issues with the repair.  Vinnie from Millenium was terrific.  No problem with communication or the overall job.  Worksite was left clean and organized each day.  Job was completed within estimated time even with the extra damage revealed after job was begun.  I was impressed with the overall result and would definitely hire this company in the future if needed.  Vinnie was very accommodating seeing that there were two small dogs here while the work was being done and family was at work.  Hats off to Vinny!  The following were
