"I highly recommend Bryan's Home Improvement and Handyman Services. The owner Bryan Grubb was wonderful. He and his staff assisted me in every stage of the remodeling of my bathroom. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. "QUICK ESTIMATE â needed to pick someone quickly in order to get painting done before I moved into a new house and Eric gave me an estimate after his walkthrough. Immediately after the walkthrough, as he was walking out, he crunched some numbers and gave me a price. The other companies didnâ t get back to me until EOD the next day at the earliest. One of the other companies didn't contact me until after Eric's team had completed the entire job! FAST COMPLETION -- 2-Day turnaround for approx 1200 sq ft â We got really lucky because it was going to rain and many of the guys working on exteriors were now available to help on my home's interior, so I ended up getting a team of 6 guys going all at once! I wouldn't expect this for your job unless you check the 10-day weather report and call ahead for rain days, but it really worked out for my wife and I. DETAILED â attention to detail was amazing. I am a little critical of edge work and could find almost no spots that needed touching up after the job was done! FRIENDLY - Eric, Orhan, and the whole team were really nice and really considerate of our new home. CLEAN â The team left the house free of drips, dust, or footprints. I think they left it cleaner than it started! VETERAN-OWNED -- My dad was in the Army for most of my upbringing and I saw firsthand how ungratefully our soldiers can be treated in rejoining the civilian work after retirement. Suffice to say I will always choose a vet-owned company first. COMPETITIVE PRICES - I'm putting this last on purpose because I wouldn't place the most weight on price. Did they cost less than the other companies? Yes!!!! BUT, I hired because I was under the gun time-wise, and Eric and his team finished the work before my wife and I moved into our new house. And he was just nicer than some of the other folks that gave us estimates. LIFETIME CUSTOMER -- From doing the estimate to getting the work started, they were quick, decisive and a pleasure to work with. For any painting needed on my house in the future, I will be giving them a call."

"Summary: Tony Martin runs a top-notch company. Clean. Respectful. Detailed. Punctual. Clear and prompt communication. Excellent finished result. The details:Just a few hours before I had to leave on a flight out of the country, I discovered that my water heater was leaking when water was coming up through the seams of my laminate flooring. I only had time to turn off the main water shut off valve and the circuit breaker before heading off to the airport. Once I reached my destination, I did some research on Angie’s List hoping to find a good one-stop-shop company who could take care of both the mold/water remediation and the reconstruction… I was lucky to have found AW Martin who exceeded my expectations. I contacted AW Martin after hours and reached an answering service. Tony Martin returned our call within minutes. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He explained that he would deal directly with my insurance company so I wouldn’t have to while on vacation. Within a couple hours he and his crew began working on the mold/water remediation portion. My dad relayed to me that they worked until 2 am and that they were extremely careful when moving my fine china from the sideboard into the dry kitchen. They protected all of my large furniture with plastic sheeting and floor protectors. They also used plastic to wall off the upstairs and my kitchen to prevent the dust from traveling too much. They ripped up all the wet flooring and drywall as well as scrubbed the mold and sprayed. They brought in industrial blowers to dry out the house. The next day they returned to the house and Tony met with my insurance adjustor to review the damage and discuss numbers. He was able to agree upon a number so that I didn’t have to worry about that while I was on vacation. I was able to witness the care and attention to detail firsthand during the rebuild process. Christian, Chris and Olger were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Christian always answered my phone calls and was able to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was the one that suggested the upgraded baseboards and it has made such a difference. His team’s wall prep and paint job was meticulous; no paint drips or messy edges. I did a couple of upgrades with the flooring, the recessed lights, and the baseboard where I had to pay more than what insurance covered… but the end result was well worth it. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I will recommend them to my friends and family."
