The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"DO NOT HIRE--ESPECIALLY TED!!!! Not only did he give me one price and then keep racking up the charges not once-but twice, he also refused to fix the damages that occurred to my property as a result of his construction. Once he realized he was not getting a check until the damages were repaired, he changed his tune. The next day after the work was done, there was still leaks in my roof and they had to come out again to fix them. Then when the bank made an error with my check, Ted called me 5 times a day and texted me repeatedly demanding payment despite the fact that there was nothing wrong with the check I gave him other than a clerical error. I felt harassed and anxious. Every time my phone vibrated for a day and a half I felt unsafe. For peace of mind, DO NOT HIRE!!"
