"Our project is at roughly the halfway point. We have had work done at the site every day. Progress is consistent. Dialog with the High Quality team is continual, productive and response time is very reasonable. This is important because supply chain issues do come up, and changes to plan necessarily happen as the project progresses. These have been well explained when they come up. "From our first contact with Duane, it was an extremely positive experience. He listened to what we wanted to do and gave us some great design suggestions. He spent time explaining what he was doing and why. He spent a lot of time answering questions from my significant other. He took the time to layout a tile design for us on the living room floor so we could get an idea as to how the tile would look--I think we had 4 or 5 different sets of tile for various parts of the room. We've shown pictures of the bathroom to people and they just love how the bathroom looks. Duane was always great with communicating his schedule and when he would be at our house. He is truly responsive. He came back to adjust the shower door and later he came to help my other half install a garbage disposal on the same day that Jack reached out to him. We plan to have two other bathrooms remodelled and as soon as we have the funds and ideas, he will be our go to person. We also have him in the wings waiting to install a sump pump. Honestly, if we could afford it, I would give Duane a list and have him fix everything! I felt comfortable leaving Duane in our home alone when both of us had to be out of the house at the same time and I don't do that with just anybody. Duane tiled the floor, tiled the shower floor, walls and ceiling, installed 3 inserts in the shower, ran two strips of mosaic tile in the shower, expanded the shower by about 18" (for which he had to re route some phone lines); installed a new vanity/faucet/mirror/light fixture/shower head and painted. He also replaced the toiled and installed a light/fan in the shower. As you will see in the pic, it's a small bathroom but it looks like a true master bathroom now."

"I was wanting to have a hole in my plaster repaired and repainted so I contacted Investment Painting Contractors.  As I was talking with the contractor I mentioned that I wanted to replace my tub with a tub surround and he said he had a licensed plumber that he could recommend.  I asked for an estimate on time and cost for the project and it was within my budget so I hired them.  Both the plumber and the painter showed up when they said they would and worked hard and long hours. 

The plumber did a nice job with the tub surround.  It was difficult and they ended up having to knock out a wall in the closet adjacent to the bathroom to fit the surround into the bathroom.  The plumber said it was the worst surround he has put in during his 20 year career.  The repaired drywall is perfect around the tub surround. 
The painter does an excellent job painting.  He is very meticulous and takes the time to do the job right.  I love the way my bathroom turned out . . . perfect.  My daughter's room was also painted and she wanted a chalkboard wall on one wall.  She is also very pleased with the work.  You cannot even see where the ceiling had to be repaired.  Excellent work.  The painter has an excellent eye for color and gently recommended the best options for making the rooms look their best.  I am so happy with the way everything turned out. 
The plumber and the painters were very personable and honest about the work that they were doing.  Both were very polite, as well."
