They've always been reliable, dependable and their communication has always been very good. "WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM MUCH SOONER--WE TRIED HANDLING THE YELLOWJACKETS WITH RAID-TYPE SPRAYS, BUT NOTHING WORKED. 48 HOURS AFTER AAA CAME OUT, THE PROBLEM WAS COMPLETELY SOLVED. WE COULD WALK THROUGH OUR BACK DOOR AGAIN WITHOUT BEING DIVE-BOMBED BY ANGRY YELLOWJACKETS. HOORAY!! THE SERVICE PERSON WAS GREAT (AND REALLY BRAVE--THOSE WERE SOME PISSED OFF YELLOWJACKETS, LEMME TELL YA!)"
