He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. "Everything went great.  Several days before they did our job, the shingles were delivered.  The roofers came on the day we had decided upon and were on time. They were quick as lightening and very polite.  When they began removing the old roofs, they put tarps in our yard and when they finished the tarps were removed.  We have never found one nail in our yard or driveway and they cleaned up beautifully.  The shingles look great and have not given us any problems through strong wind storms and rain this winter.  We would certainly use them again should the need arise.
