"We have used Aztec for many years to treat various insect infestations. We live in a wooded area and this needs to be done periodically. They know their business and are concerned about getting this done without harmful chemicals. The last time we had many scorpions and they took care of the problem. They show up on time and are respectful of your preferences. For example we do not want even the organic products in the house. We have pets that would get into whatever they put out. They do not push for a contract which allows you to use them as needed. They are easy to deal with including scheduling. Austin is lucky to have a company which cares about the environment as well as pest control. <br />"

"OK--but the technicians left boxes and used gloves all over my attic. I had to contact Research Pest Control to come back and clean up after themselves. When they returned, their clean-up work was inadequate-I had to clean up the attic myself which took a couple of hours."

"Unfortunately, he was unable to remove the dead squirrel, however, he was very professional, and did attempt to find alternate ways to try and remove the animal. The gentleman cut a square foot size hole in the sheet rock to attempt to pull out the animal, however, the animal was between the chute and heat shield making it impossible to remove."
