"Terrible customer service by Collin Whiting. Had a power view hub that will not sync after paying for install services. Never worked. Hunter Douglas phone support said device was defective. Retuned to store and asked if they could get it working or refund it. Store support actually asked me to take it back home and get on the phone again with Hunter Douglas get a case number and then bring back to store. I asked them to troubleshoot as it's a lake house I'm not regularly at to see if they can get it to work or open up a case themselves. They won't. The store doesn't stand behind installations that do not work. Terrible service to push onto a customer."
