"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. "First, I'd like to note that from the time I inquired about hiring - to the actual job - was four days.  Really fast!  I thought I'd have to wait longer, but Joe (the owner) had two crew members that were available right away.
The crew people called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Well... what can I say.  They installed the four lights - which were time consuming, and then did the other two tasks.  The entire job  took four hours.  I could have never done it on my own.
The men were very polite and professional - and asked me along the way if I wanted any adjustments. 
I'm very happy with their work.  My home looks beautiful.  I'd recommend this company - and will do so verbally as well.
