The service team came to the house, inspected the roof, identified the source of the leak, and had a team out 2 days later on a Sunday to replace the failed vent. They proactively replaced 2 other similar vents with improved metal vents and inspected the chimney trim and recalked it as well. I am very satisfied with their commitment to quality and service. "

"Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."
