"Came out quickly (first of the three competing companies to schedule an estimate, then complete it). Very fair pricing. Our install date was affected by weather which was frustrating, but not their fault obviously. We had a 3 rail split rail fence installed with 3 gates. They made the gates custom on site, which was awesome to watch. The owner is Carlos and he is very fair and reasonable. He was also quite patient with me pestering him with questions, comments, and concerns. They do more than just fencing and we will be using them for future projects. Thank you!"

"Thank You Deck Cetera. Both the fence installation and front porch addition were done professionally and quickly even though Mother Nature did not cooperate all the time. The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. We truly enjoy our new privacy but the new porch you built put the entire job over the top, it has changed the entire front of our house. "Beitzell did a great job for us.  The estimator was punctual and professional, and the price was $1600 less than the highest of four bids we received - for better quality construction than offered by the highest bidder.  Our lot is not flat, so the fence had to run up and down hills and was very much a custom job - no pre-built panels.  The work was done in one day, the crew was neat and hard-working, and the quality of the fence fully met our expectations.  We paid half up front, and the rest after the fence was completed.  I would use Beitzell again without hesitation - absolutely nothing not to like.

"The windows were cheaper. I probably would have gone with the higher end windows and I probably would have gone with a contractor that is local. I wouldn't use Medallion. They were okay. They had to reinstall a few windows as they were installed incorrectly. They also had to replace a few windows as the glaze peeled out. I think I'd go for an Andersen or Pella window and hire an independent contractor to come in and install them. They are almost the same as any other finer window cheap replacement company. The price and responsiveness was good. I'd rather go in for a higher end product. If you're looking for cheap window replacement, they are as good as any other window companies."

"Mr. Bill was so artistic in laying out a plan to build our Gazebo, we decided to replace our our wood deck first. He gave us an outstanding price for the deck and Gazebo.
