They found when the original plumbing was put in, some of the floor joist had been cut for the pipes and one of the joist finally broke. Allowing the floor sink an inch or two. We went and picked out new linoleum and materials. By end of the day they had the bathroom put back together and working. They even got the bounce and squeaks out of the floor. All in one day and for around six hundred bucks!
