We knew we needed a service call but weren't sure what we would be looking at in terms of a repair since our LG washer had completely died. Mr. Charles was extremely prompt and courteous in his communications and it did not take long to get an appointment. When he arrived, his manner and work were very professional. He diagnosed that we needed to replace the control board. We discussed the cost and new vs. refurbished parts. He left me with a quote and knowing that the price was a factor, he even did further research on finding the best price on the parts. In the end, we have decided to abandon the washer repair and get a new one, but I would definitely call Mr. Charles again for other problems."

"It was unbelievable! The lights on my dishwasher were flashing, but the dishwasher wouldn’t close and it wouldn’t go on. I explained this to Mr. Evans and he told me to pull out the bottom rack And Check to make sure it was correct. I pulled it out and rearranged the dishes. It was unusually full. After doing this, It worked fine! So I don’t need service, At least for now. But when I do, I will definitely call express appliance! By the way, he was going to come out today if I needed his help! "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"Within an hour of purchasing the advertised special, Henry from B A R called us to set up an appointment for service. He seemed knowledgeable and showed up promptly to our appointed time. After working on the unit for about an hour he determined that the unit had died and there was no hope reviving it - it was 14 years old after all. WIthin a few days Henry was back and installed our new unit. Around the time he installed our unit, our second unit died. We had him replace it as well. I had used them to get my Tesla charger in 2018 (Cost: $799 including material). I was so impressed with their work that when I had a complex electrical job - installing a new 120v outlet requiring a new wire from the circuit breaker - I did not get any quotes but just booked them. That job was done very professionally as well (Cost: $949). Fast forward to Mar 2025, my tesla charger had problems with over heating and intermittent power loss. I called Murphy Family Electric and they sent a technician the same day who came and adjusted/cleaned the connections and spent 30 mins fixing the problem. And to my surprise the company did not even charge me anything for this. So on top of everything else you can add absolutely fantastic customer service to their list of attributes."
