"Doug did a phenomenal job! Very professional and courteous staff. Not too many places these days that you feel go above and beyond to provide good service - these guys are definitely like that. We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. We were extremely happy that they accommodated our needs, and they really did not a great job. Would definitely recommend!

"I got quotes from 3 companies, and Saffer Plumbing provided the only quote that used directional boring to lay the new copper pipe under the ground without requiring a backhoe to tear up my front yard. They were easy to work with throughout the whole process (as they have been in the past), from quote to installation. I was really impressed with the quality of the work, including removing and saving my sod, prior to digging at the meter and next to my basement. They replaced the sod after completion, and honestly you would be hard pressed to know any work was done at the house.
