"Joe Delfine from JD Michael Construction was the general contractor/project manager for a whole house renovation. Joe supported our process from pre-purchase of the house through the renovation and working the inspection list for our eventual sale. Joe managed every aspect of the renovation managing more than 25 subcontractors and a budget close to $150,000. This included formal renovation design, permitting, scheduling, subcontractor management, financial management procurement, scheduling, and safety and quality control. Joe's tenants of safety, quality and timeliness were key to our successful and profitable renovation. The job consisted of: design, complete demolition of the interior/exterior down to bare studs, demolition and removal of a two story concrete out building, procurement of materials and oversight for new siding and roof, all new windows, electrical and plumbing, subfloor repair and installation, new hardwood/carpet/tile flooring, new drywall throughout the entire house, paint, trim, cabinet/vanity installation, lighting, and more. This project was successful because JD Michael positively supported every aspect of the project. We are continuing to work with Joe/JD Michael Construction on another project as well as future projects."

"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"Gus Moniodis of 4 Seasons Construction, LLC did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. My house was built in the early 70’s and the kitchen needed to be gone. He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"

"Last week Dimitri and his crew finished remodeling 2 of my bathrooms. I am thrilled with the results! They gutted both bathrooms down to the studs and properly rebuilt the walls with cement backer board in the showers and on the floors. These gentlemen are true artists. They painstakingly cut my 12”x24” tiles so that my niche was centered. They took their time to make sure my mosaic accent tile was smooth and even. Since the walls in my old house aren’t square, Dimitri worked his magic to make my vanities fit against the walls. In my Master bathroom, 3 walls were removed in order to enlarge my shower and overall bathroom space. They moved plumbing, set up new electrical sockets and lights, installed a new exhaust fan which vents to the outside and removed a wall in order to put in a smooth gliding pocket door. The installation of a glass frameless shower door and a glass door above the tub was perfect; the doors float along the tracks as smooth as silk. This is a family owned business. Dimitri, his two sons and another crew member came to work on time every day. Even though they worked long hours, it was apparent that they loved their job. I certainly reaped the benefits of their expertise. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will definitely call them back to remodel my third bathroom and put a composite material like Trex on my deck."

"I can not say enough about Perry Hall Remodeling. I was referred to them by my brother, who also had his basement finished a couple years ago. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. What I found most impressive was their responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. Even for the first consultation, Gary Sr. stated he would be at my residence at a certain time, and they were right on time, not one minute late. They took their time to tour the basement, and have us explain what we wanted to have done, while they took time out and suggested certain items along the way. They were up front with cost estimates and time frame of when it would be started since estimate start date was months away. They were punctual with the itemized estimate which was very fair and that all materials would be at cost, no hidden charges. When it came time to start, again they were here right on time, 7:30am, every single day. They provided receipts for all materials so you knew how much exactly it was costing and could keep track. They arrived on time every single day and worked very clean and swept up after they were done for the day. They were very professional and respectful to your property. Probably what impressed me the most was the communication between Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. via email/text. The communication was instant. Whether it was to check on the upcoming schedule or any issues, it was communicated and would be resolved instantly. I was able to keep track of all expenses (which is great for your budget) and they would update you along the way with any payments needed. In the end, the basement looks absolutely stunning in every way imaginable and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any home improvement needs. A+!!"

Converting an attached garage to a family room and making it blend in with the rest of the house, it looks like it has always been here and not a afterthought. The craftsmanship and professionalism was top notch. We had specific needs for the room and they designed it to achieve those needs. Even the shelving in the closets is custom designed to what we are going to put in them, so I am showing them off to everyone too! We couldn't be happier with the results."

"I could not be happier with my new screened, low-maintenance porch.  I chose this company because they had made my neighbors "ordinary" double wide house look "special" with the addition of a porch with simple and charming architectural details they created.  I asked them to do the same for me. <br /> John and his team were willing to think out of the box for me because i have a maintenance roof (flat) and in order to put a screened porch on, they had to lower the level of the porch to fit within the allotted height.  Other contractors were not even willing to consider and came up with some of the most elaborate, high priced plans that would have cost me thousands more and ruined the lines of my house or my family room in order to build a porch. <br /> I am stunned as to how quickly they got me approved by the county (three weeks) even though I am within view of the water and affected by run-off regulations.   <br /> I came home DAY ONE to find my old deck completely demolished and holes for the pillars dug!  Within  TWO WEEKS my porch was complete and wonderful.   <br /> Paul and his team did a superb, high quality job from start to finish.  It is a great porch with a wonderful fan, metal screening, 6 inch pillars that lend to the design.  It's awesome.  They also did a super job working with my existing hardscape by removing un-needed pavers, yet keeping the hardscape in tact to work with the porch. <br /> They also did a great job in cleaning up so my landscape looked better than when they came.  They are really the best. <br /> <br /> <br />"
