"The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

"Work results were excellent. The dormer was a complicated project, requiring coordination of framers, roofers, painters, electricians, drywall installers, hardwood installers, and probably others I forgot to mention. Dave’s people did great work, always polite and on time. Most importantly, Dave himself was proactive, always in close contact and quickly responsive. He never tried to upsell us, or sell additional work — I had to ask him to look at our deteriorated front steps after work started on the dormer, and was happy that he could fit that project in for us, too. Finally, we found Dave’s pricing to be fair and competitive. All and all, Precision Remodeling Inc. offered great value for the money. We would definitely hire them again in the future."

"GTL came out and listened to what we wanted, they assisted in the planning portion of our designs, as things went further they did things that we felt were above and beyond anything any other contractor would have done, the build was to code or better, with no short cuts, they came out on weekends, holidays, after hours etc. to make sure things were being done. One weekend it rained, we had two different guys stop by on their day off to make sure things were secure. When the job was done Travis stopped by the talk about another job we want done, at the time I was building chairs, I'm disabled, he offered to help me with the chairs."

"We had them install all the roofing and other hardware for a full Tesla solar roof. Once that project was going, we also had them do 5 outer window/door projects for us. All went well and we're happy we had them do everything!"

"We hired Elite for a new 500 SF deck with a 13x15 roof overhead with skylights. They did a fantastic job and it came out better than expected. Elite pays close attention to detail and ensures the end product is exactly what you wanted. Talented crew with great craftsmanship. Very reasonable pricing, highly recommend."

"The crew did a fantastic job putting our dream kitchen together. Shane, the owner, is real easy to communicate with and his immense attention to detail provided my wife and I much comfort knowing the job was being done right. His crew on our project did the best they could to keep the dust down and left everything nice and clean at the end of the day. We reached out to 3 other contractors and we got the best package for our money through clear cut building solutions."

"This was my second contract with this builder. The service was great."

"I had purchased a large mirror (66" x 32") for my dining room. It is of such a size and weight that I knew it was a two man job and I needed to have it professionally hung. I called and left a message and got a return call within an hour or so. I described the project and was given an estimate. They were able to schedule the work for the next day. The guys showed up on time and worked with me so that we could decide the exact placement for the mirror. They did have to go to Home Depot to get better anchors, which was fine. Very pleased with the work and the two men that did my job. I would use them again for any odd jobs."
