Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."
