"Wilfredo did an excellent job! Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. Fantastic diagnostics! Really impressed and likely saved us many future problems. Very pleased with service!"

"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J. Perry realises what a great asset they have in Ed."

"Outstanding service, start to finish. Professional, courteous, constant communication. Isha from the home office was in constant contact - phone, two email confirmations, and texts. She called to ask if the service could start a bit earlier, which was fine with me. Alex arrived promptly, put on shoe booties before entering the house (not necessary here but a nice touch). Alex was outstanding. Young fellow with many years experience, and it showed. He explained each part of the task as he went through it, and answered my many questions related to other potential work I brought up. Getting the anodes out of the water heaters - first time replaced - was a bear. He explained he had to get another socket wrench to loosen the anodes - the ones he had did not fit properly. No charge for that time, which though I expected, has not always been the case in my past experiences. Anodes were locked in tight, and took a while to loosen. Doing one water heater at a time, they finally came out, encased in calcium deposit. He then screwed in the replacement anodes and locked them in. Alex completed all the work, put everything back together including the fans on top of the units, tested, and re-tested. Continuing to explain each step. He took pictures of the work for the invoice, ran me through the details again. Everything done on his tablet computer; I received an immediate email receipt. Excellent work with knowledge behind it. I have an external faucet which needs repair, and may be looking for a whole-house water softener. When time comes to replace the water heaters, Advanced Pro will be at top of my list."

"When I was removing my cabinet, I try to turn water value off under sink. I ended up breaking the value and had to shut off the water to the building. Dave the owner was quick in getting up to Mahwah, and replacing the value. So now my neighbors can have water turn back on. Dave's rate are fair to below normal rates. Super nice and staff is super nice too."

"They were great, they were very efficient, courteous, responsive everything worked, the water heater ignition went out, but they came back and fixed the ignition immediately. They were reasonably priced compared to other quotes that we got."

"I initially called Jim Roth on the recommendation of another plumber who was away when I needed a job and am very happy I did. We’ve now had several jobs done, ranging from a water heater to broken pipes, new valves and toilet prroblem. Each job was done correctly without any problems or issues after the fact. Highly recommend them if you’re in need of a plumber!"
